FALL AND WINTER 2009-10 OPPORTUNITIES ENJOYED BY WISSLAX PLAYERS:
USTC Holiday & President's Day Tournaments: The 7th-8th girls played high caliber competition and fared very well out in Downingtown.
Girls HS Fall 2009 League at Harriton HS: Select 8th Grade Girls took advantage of an opportunity to play Fall Ball in a HS league. We had a great time playing pickup lacrosse from Sept thru Nov. against some of the top High School girls in the area
Penn Quaker Quest 2009: Select 7th & 8th Grade Girls played in the 7th Annual Quaker Quest at Franklin Field gaining more valuable experience against strong competition from PA and VA.
Penn 4 v 4 HS Tourney: 8th Graders Jane Black, Laura Frankenfield, Olivia Gannon, and Maddie Quirk finished first out of 8 High School teams in their tourney bracket with a 4-1-3 record advancing to the Final 8 of 64 teams. They were defeated 3-2 on a last second goal to Nanuet HS capping off a solid performance against experienced competitors.
BISC MS League: 5th-6th Graders participated in Winter Sessions I & II in the BISC Inddor League in Hatfield
Ampro Middle School League : 5th-6th and 7th-8th players participated against some of the area's best competition at Ampro Fieldhouse in Delco.
